Recently I got a letter from CIC Buffalo to submit proof for my entire period of residance.Iam living in USA , My application is CANADA PR from Buffalo office.

Requested following documents.

1. FBI from USA (No issue to send this document)
2. Updated Police Clearance Certificate from India (need help , how to get PCC from INDIA by residing in USA)

Question regarding PCC from INDIA: any have taken by PCC from INDIA by residing in USA ? I really appreciate if anyone had similar experience can thorugh some light how to take PCC from India, Is there any possibilities of taking PCC from Newyork India Passport office ?

You can apply for the same (India PCC) from India Consulate while residing in US. Check their website and look under Miscellaneous Services. Hope this helps.

Geting indian PCC is very easy from all indian consulates/embassy in the USA. I get within 12days from San Francisco Indian consulate, FBI takes time, but my FBI No Arrest report came within 50days when I applied.
