Iam a Canadian perminent Resident and my son is born in USA

Me and my wife are Canadian permanent residents came to USA on H1B visa for a short Term project. we traveled to USA when my wife was on her 6th month of pregnancy and now my child is born in USA. We are planning of going back to Canada in a month and my son has US Passport.

Can my son get his health covered once we go back to Canada, Can some one please help the procedure needed for my sons health to be covered and other formalities required to take him back to Canada

Once you are in Canada, you need to sponsor your son for PR.

Whether he can get healthcare or not as a visitor depends on your province.
