i94 shows different date- residence calculator for canada

I commute between Washington and British Columbia. Sometimes I cross the border after 9 PM PST, I see that the i94 shows next day due to it reflecting the PST hours.
What does Canada calculate, also what does the Canadian Travel History report show.

Canada SAYS local time prevails in terms of calculating day of entry/exit for IRCC purposes. I do not know offhand what the CBSA reports show.

So you can/should be able to reflect/note when you report based on BC time. Obviously you'd have to show this sometime. If it shows which is the border crossing, you should be okay.
