Hi, I would be so grateful if someone can advise on the following situation!

I just submitted my spousal sponsorship for PR two days ago and came to the realization that I had made a mistake on my Schedule A/Background information form, IMM5669.
Specifically, in the part where I need to write the past 10 years of personal History, of the 10 years, 4 of which I was a university student in the US (which I wrote on the form correctly), but 1 out of those 4 years I actually spent studying aboard in China and completely forgot to mention this on the IMM5669. I have also submitted a OWP with the PR application and provided marked pages on my passport (which includes that 1 year of residency visa in China), what should I do about this?
Thank you for your help!

You should submit a revised IMM5669 form through webform as soon as possible. You should also correct any other forms (if any) where this information should have been disclosed (eg travel history, others, don't know).

Include a short letter of explanation of the error and your correction (presumably you were a student at a US university with a year abroad program?).

Thank you, I shouldn't wait until I have an application number before summiting the revised form via webform?

Ideally but I would submit before - you don't want them sending it back because of clearly erroneous information.

They can usually 'match' webform submissions based on client information to the application. It may cause delays, but less than getting it sent back.
