i want to visit my boyfriend in canada

Hi , it's my first time in here, so if there something wrong i did ....lol
Okay i live in saudi arabia and i meet my boyfriend that he lives in canada - toronto , since 8 months ago and now i wanna visit him and stay there for 3 months but i dunno what should i do about this i haven't visit out of my area before so i wanna know what should i do , plus how much of money i need for this ..... It's my first time so i need to know everything please

Hi, when visiting your boyfriend you should never say you are visiting him, because they would think you are at risk to overstay. You should say you are visiting. And when they ask who, you should say a friend. And in order for the immigration officers to let yu in you must show proofs that you have ties back home.

never say you are visiting your boyfriend . just say you are going as a tourist. and show as much funds you can so that the immigration thinks that you have enough money to finance your trip to canada. and do not you want to stay there for 3 months. just for few weeks and can plan for some business there or some studies that is why you want to see what kind of atmosphere is there in canada. you can say you have few friends as well in canada to whom you want to meet.
canada is easy with the tourist visas so i hope you will get one .

Generally it is not wise to outright LIE to the border - that will get you into much trouble.
When I was dating my husband (american), I would say I am going for a vacation and to visit with relatives (who live near him).
It was true - I DID shop and visit my relatives.
The only time I mentioned I was visiting my boyfriend they gave me grief (nothing serious).
Only once did they ever ask if I was visiting a boyfriend, and I said "Yes. But that is not the main purpose of my visit", which was true - I was with my family at the time.

Im planning to apply for tourist visa to marry my girlfriend (US citizen) in canada.. do i need to include her invitation (aside from my cousins who is PR of canada) that she will sponsor my trip? I clearly understand that I need to say the she is only a friend. any input would be much appreciated.
