Are you talking about Form 5669?

The Applicant needs to fill out this (not the sponsor). The applicant should feel out the dates from last university / college attended and go backwards. They don't ask the applicant to submit the certificates with the application, so don't send them, but they may ask later.

Im kinda confussed with the documents check list............theres some form that says on top with sri lanka's high commision address some with pakistans high commission address, does that mean only pakistani and sri lanka's resident has to fill those out or does everyone who's applying for it ?

There are country specific Forms.

If the Applicant resides in any of these countries, then he/ she needs to fill out their country specific Form in addition to regular Forms.

You can validate as many times as you like in the computer, it doesn't go anywhere, but the only thing they look at is the Documents that you sent to them. They Bar Codes are scanned to save them in the system.

On the Immigration form that my spouse has to fill in it asks if we had a engagement ceremony and then the next question is uf we had a wedding ceremony... all my answers to these questions are the same, No we didn't have any sort of party for anything because neither of our familly accepted our relationships.. is that gonna be a problem giving the same answers for those questions? lol........... :
