I Want to host my sister in law for my medical basis on visit visa

I am PR of Canada, i want to call my sister in law on visit visa for my medical basis to look-after me, she is in Pakistan now i need to know the documents and procedure to apply her visit visa
Guide me what should i provide the documents and should i call her on my expenses or on her bank statement ?

She applies for a TRV and shows her own funds to support her visit, ties to return home (job letter with approved leave, children/spouse, business) and travel history. You provide a letter of invitation inviting her to Canada. You cannot say that she is coming to look after you as that is considered work as a caregiver. So you have no one in Canada to care for you? Have you hired a PSW? Why your sister-in-law and not your own family member?

So she provides her bank accounts, job letter with approved leave, business registration, income properties, children/spouse staying behind. Her length of visit should be long enough to pay for her visit but not use all her savings.
You provide letter of invitation and bank accounts (IRCC doesn’t need to consider your funds). Invite her for a visit and say she will be staying with you. She is your sister-in-law so not a family member.

She is working woman in Pakistan, can show her job evidence, Yes, i have no one in Canada i live here with my husband and children, Husband goes to job, children are in school going age ..
I have only one sister, she is also married and lives in Pakistan, My Mother is working woman and she would be only householder back in Pakistan with my Father and brothers

How long is her visit? How much in funds is she showing? Does she have travel history? Has she ever applied for a visa or PR before? She needs to show her job letter with approved leave for the time coming to Canada. So she is not married? If so, this make visa approval difficult so she wants very strong ties to return - job, investments, properties etc as well as her own funds and travel history to the UK, US, NZ or AUS.

You do have family in Canada. You have a spouse and children so you are not alone. What sort of care do you need? You can hire someone to clean your home, get/deliver groceries, meal preparation etc. She cannot come here and care for you. Your husband can pick up groceries, cook, take care of children too. The invitation letter is just for her to come visit you and see the sights.

She is married too, her husband (My younger brother) would be in Pakistan .. Hire someone would be too expensive for me .. i need someone at my delivery time therefore i want to call her here to be have with me ..

You cannot say in the invitation that she is coming to take care of you. That is working illegally. She can come visit, and you can invite her to meet your newborn. Since she is your sister in law and not a family member then explain why you want her to come instead of your brother without mentioning help. She shows she has the funds to come for a month visit including her airfare. She includes a job letter with approved leave for one month. So if married, she can show her and her husband’s bank accounts. Would say $10-20k in the bank may be sufficient.

Would be better if you had the baby and then issue invitation to visit to meet newborn.

If having a baby that is not a medical issue. Your husband may need to step up and take over the cooking, cleaning etc.

@Naturgrl has given good advice. If the idea is for your "visitor" to take the place of hiring someone who would be "too expensive", that will cause the application to be denied if the IRCC becomes aware of that.

In your first post, you asked: "should i provide the documents and should i call her on my expenses or on her bank statement". I am not sure of what you are asking, but as Naturgrl has pointed out, it is the intended visitor's bank records and funds that count. Showing that you have money won't help.

Finally, as Naturgrl has commented, having a baby is not a medical issue. Having a relative or any helper close to hand is a luxury, many manage without. My first wife gave birth to our son about a year after arriving in Canada. She had no one around for support, besides me. She survived quite nicely. Yes, for awhile I assumed more of the domestic duties. That is natural. Wife and son did just fine over the years since, with no help from anyone. Son is now in university, partly on scholarship funds.

As mentioned, your husband needs to step up to the occasion
My mother had four kids in nine years .
She never had any help . Zero . My father was useless.
Repeat, husband needs to step up . That’s the Canadian way

Realistically it may be very difficult for your sister-in-law to get a TRV with no travel history especially if you don’t know how much savings she has. She will have to show that she can afford to travel and that it would not use a good percentage of your savings. You should have a plan B in case her TRV gets refused and you should apply as soon as possible because it may take a few months for the TRV to get processed. The biggest issue is really childcare for the 1-3 days you are in hospital since I assume your husband will go with you to the hospital at least until the baby is born and then all or part of the time until your get discharged. Your husband can help with household issues before and after work and on days he is not working. Would prepare some food in advance to freeze so that you have meals that can be prepared easily. Hopefully friends or community members will offer to bring your family a cooked meal or some edible treat. You can show your husband how to is things like use the washing machine, vacuum, etc. if he doesn’t know what to do. In general you may just have to accept that your house may not be as clean as it typically is, your children may only get very simple food or meals that you have frozen that you can reheat, etc. but that it doesn’t matter you’ll all survive. It sounds like your children are also of school age so they can also hopefully help you out, put simple things away, get you diapers and other items if they are in another room, throw out dirty diapers, etc.
