In the last year 2021 I got a rejection on SP from UAE now I want to apply again for SP should I apply from UAE or Bangladesh's home country. After completion of my bachelor's, in 2018 I started working full time in our family business later on in 2021 i applied for SP and I got a refused I have provided each and every document and company recommendation letter that I will return back to the company. But now I am in dilemma my visa is rejected because of being a temporary resident, employment, and home ties. Now I want to apply to a different college with the same course should I write a separate justification letter and sop? if I apply from my home country what should I mention in imm 1249 in sections 7 8 and 9 **Current country residence, the previous country of residence, the country where applying from**

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

GCMS note:
Bangladeshi ctzen. 25yrs old. single.

Seeking SP to study Global Business Management at Sault college.
PA obtained Bach of Business ADmin in 2018 & has been working since graduating as Sales marketing specialist @ trading co. in Dubai .
I am not satisfied that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of their stay as a temporary resident, I note that:
  • the client is single, mobile, is not well established and is not sufficiently established , his residency is tied to his employment. If he leaves his employment to study abroad, he would need to be sponsored again in the future to return. Weak professional and economic ties to COR and home country.
  • After considering the applicant's academic and professional history, their financial situation, as well as their planned studies and explanation provided for it, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student who will pursue studies in Canada. The stated benefits of their intended studies do not seem to warrant the cost and difficulty of undertaking foreign education.
  • Taking the applicant's current employment situation into consideration, the employment does not demonstrate that the applicant is sufficiently well established that the applicant would leave Canada at the end of a period of authorized stay.
  • Based on the applicant’s limited employment prospects in their country of residence/citizenship, I have accorded less weight to their ties to their country of residence/citizenship.
Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay.
For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

Make a strong SOP. Doesn’t mean people from UAE Or Middle East doesn’t get approval. Your SOP should be focused on where you have more employment like you would get a better job that you are currently in if you leave after studying from Canada. Or if you like you can say you would return to Bangladesh after your studies as it’s better there applying from UAE . So it all depends how strong your SOP is make one you will get it

How can I have employment when we already have a family business here in UAE since last 20 years and my visa is under our family business partner visa. I already mentioned in my previous SOP that I will return back to UAE and expand our family business in home country which would benefit our home country as well as our company.

This is a weak choice. It's basically the default choice for international students.

Can you pick a program that is more directly tied to what you are doing for your family business? Something in the area of marketing or sales or specific to the product or service you are producing?

Make sure it is a post graduate diploma and not a regular diploma or certificate.

I have applied to post graduate certificate only in Ontario. I spoke with many lawyers and consultant they were saying my rejection is not based in course selection. Its the other factors which are mentioned above

Planned studies is a general thing they mention it in every gcms notes in Middle East. Provide a good explanation why you want to pursue this course your future plans and why you chose this college most importantly mention your employment back home. That’s it if you don’t know what to write search on google or your coollege website that why you want to pursue this course.

I already wrote 20-30 Sops so far but it does not make any sense I will return back to home country for employment opportunities. When I already own a business here in UAE thats the main concerned plus I wrote in my previous SOP I will expand our business in Bangladesh which benefit so and so it can be only done after completing the course.

So my profile wont make any difference if I apply from home country this time?

You are 25 you can say I am still young and I want to study in Canada so further exchange employment in my country of Dubai or Bangladesh say them that you don’t want continually do the same thing and want to explore. Also you can apply from anywhere if your SOP is the same and not good you will be rejected. So apply where you are now and start working in your sop

Is it ok if I share my new SOP to you in your email so you can give me some valuable feedback. If I post here it will become public which count as plagiarism.
