Hi sir i have worked in kuwait five year after i went saudi arabia as a heavy truck driving i have worked 3 years my employer was individual unfortunately he did not give me experience certificate because he affraid for certificate now i m working in uae as a heavy duty truck driver and i have 5 bands in ielts i have only certificate of uae. I have not certificate of past countries. am i able for apply canada . Plz rply

Apply for what? If you want to immigrate, research Express Entry. If you want a work permit, You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. The process can take many months.

You don’t have a Canadian license to drive either.

You need to reserch programs to find out where you are eligible without a job offer, low IELTS and not eligible for Express Entry. Need ECAs too.

In order to be eligible to apply for a Canadian visa, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must have a valid passport from your country of citizenship.
- You must have enough money to support yourself and your family while in Canada.
- You must be healthy and willing to undergo a medical examination if required.
- You must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English or French.
- You may need a criminal record check from your home country.
