I have been imaging it for the last 11 months and the report is still the same as yours

just noticed that due date to finish knowledge , residence and other stuff will be 13 dec 2018??? have no idea why like this
yeah, I noticed that too, basically, it's after 12-month "average" processing time. I believe that's the deadline IRCC gave to CSIS and other agencies to do the background check by.
just called them, agent said there are email being produced and he has no idea about its content , hopefully its exam invitation ...............................
They don’t send email nor there is any update in ecas regarding RQ...hopefully it’s a test...good luck
