Hi there,
I live in Canada and my legally married spouse in Latin America
Were together almost 6 yrs and got married this year - I want to do an Outland sponsorship but I am confused about the following things:
1. I have the forms almost filled out - but I am confused on how much proof is required
2. Do I need to submit my spouses passport or any such info on their behalf or they need to do it from their country?
3. How do I track all this once I'm done? I mean do we need 2 accounts online to track documents?
4. Do I need a new Certified Canadian translation for our marriage certificates or will the certified English translations from Mexico do (its where we got married but not where my spouse lives)
5. How does my spouse submit biometrics? I will pay all fees for them from my account - but will the system know that I paid when they go to do it?
