As per my knowledge even provisional degree works, but would be glad if some1 else confirms this too.. i know this because my wife has provisional MSC degree and to get real degree she will need to wait till convocation which wont be happening any time soon.. so i inquired about this with an agency and figured even provisional degree works.. but again i'd be glad to know if another source confirms this.
