Here is my list of documents that I have ready to send to my sponsor. (I'm 22,from Estonia, married to Canadian boy, who is sponsoring me. No kids or previous marriages)
Maybe there is something missing?
1) Birth certificate - officially translated, notarized, legalised in Estonian foreign embassy and validated in Canadian embassy.
2) Police certificate - officially translated, notarizes, legalised in Estonian foreign embassy and validated in Canadian embassy.(added original document too)
3) Marriage certificate - it was already in English, as it was made in Canada.
4) Medical examination proof
5)Passport copy
6)Proof of relationship - I added lot of photos (245) in different envelopes of us. me in Canada and Thomas in Estonia e.t.c.. E-mails too and messenger talks. Airline tickets and more small things that can be useful.
And 4 immigration forms. I left use of representative out, as we don´t have it. And I have extra pages for longer answers as well.
I got a e-mail from Poland office, that I don't need to send proof of studies and a workbook.
I think I have everything that is needed, but one girl from Estonia had one more document translated and legalized than me, and she can´t remember what it was. She did it 2 years ago.
Maybe you can point out something missing??
(My husband will add his application and things he needs to add, plus he will pay the fees and add a paper to proof of paying.)
Thank you very much for your time!
