I work remotely (live outside Canada) as a contractor for a canadian company for over a year , how to get benefit of this in my imagination process and application.

Do you have a valid EE profile?

This experience does not count as Canadian experience, so you can't claim points for that. It might count as foreign work experience (but might not as contractor roles can vary), but the Canadian employer doesn't really mean anything as you're not in Canada working. Even if you have a valid work permit, it still wouldn't count for CEC.
