    Yes your only option is reapplying from scratch. Were you part of a category draw if you got an ITA with 486? Right now it's at 520ish, so if you can qualify for a category draw, that would be better

    Do you have a valid EE profile? This experience does not count as Canadian experience, so you can't claim points for that. It might count as foreign work experience (but might not as contractor roles can vary), but the Canadian employer doesn't really mean anything as you're not in Canada...

    It may count as foreign work experience but the Canadian employer does not help as you yourself do not reside in Canada. As you are a contractor, you will have to check if your experience is even valid as 'employment', or if you are actually considered self employed for the purpose of EE,
