Good day, please I applied on the new portal since the 5th of April 2022, did biometrics, till now I have not received any updates from the embassy, please anyone in this situation or know a way I can contact or know solutions to this, I’m really frustrated and need answers

Where have you applied from / which country? It is normal for processing to take a number of months right now.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do but wait and no one to contact to speed up processing.
