I didn't even get a response from my Visa office about receipt of my CSE or any update whatsoever but some people get a reply. Personally, I didn't fill any form so not sure if you are suppose to fill any.
 
Hello when I submitted my application in may 26th i mentioned yes to refusal of previous visa of Australia in 2016, spouse visa with previous partner divorced after.. So I mentioned that. But today I realized I forgot the tourist visa.. Thst was rejected of Australia in 2017 Damn it So I raised cse today for that and sent visa refusal letter plus I also emailed local visa office as well. Would this have an affect on my application now :(!? Since I'm alrwsy in Ip1 since 26th of may..

Well you already declared that you have had a denial before on your statutory question so I dont think that should be a problem and since u have submitted a CSE already you should be fine all the best.

Thanks breeze, i raised the CSE yesterday as mentioned, explaining that i forgot to add the tourist visa-, since when i submitted i only mentioned about partner visa. I also emailed my local visa office. Which they have replied back today, i think its a generic response" Thank you for the information. We have added this to your file and it will be reviewed by a Visa Officer. Your file is currently in queue for processing."

Oh, that's nice. Since your file is still in queue, the new CSE will be reviewed together with the other documents. Wish you all the best. Hope you will get ppr soon.

Hi,
Did you just fill in the CSE form from Web Form and you also attached LOE? I don't see where you can attach LoE in the CSE form.
PS: I got AOR on Nov 5th, how can I know the local visa officer? I've read your post, they are very helpful :) Thank you

I filled the form n attached a LOE. I didn't know my Visa office so I choose Accra cos I'm a Nigerian n reside in Nigeria but my VO was Ottawa. it was after I sent the cse that I realised I could call cic to get info about my Visa office. So to avoid the mistake that I did, I think you should call to find out. All the best.
 
hey guys, I think this question has been raised and discussed before but I'm still confusing. I had an Australian partner visa refused before but never get denied entry or ask to leave from any country. So do I choose YES to both questions or YES for the 1st one and NO for the 2nd one, on Personal History?

Has ABC been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?(required)

Has ABC ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)
