I need help in filling Form for the Police Clearance Certificate South Korea

Hi Folks,

I'll need to provide a police certificate from south Korea to apply for permanent residence in Canada. Since I'm not living there anymore, I'll need to provide the documents to my friend living in South Korea. I've already read the forum, mainly this blog (https://taffytoffy.wordpress.com/2016/11/17/korea-police-certificate-a-step-by-step-guide-韩国无犯罪证明/); however, I cannot understand how to fill a second form, i.e., 2) (Power of attorney)

I've translated this form (https://www.dropbox.com/s/84n8gu4rx8tnd1j/Form2.pdf?dl=0) but still have a few questions, Like, for instance, what information I've to write for the delegator in this (Power of attorney) form. Also, has anyone filled out this document for getting a police clearance certificate from South Korea? Would you great to hear from you as I need assistance to fill it correctly.

I don't have any friends there anymore who speaks English and my Korean sucks LOL. Honestly from what I've read there are stations that refuse to give out the one with lapsed record so I don't really want to bother my Korean friends if I'm not sure which stations are good. I've already paid $350 USD to askkorealaw.com hopefully they are legit, I'll keep you guys updated.

To give you an update, it accessible now online to get the pcc. However, you need to have your mobile number activated from SK.

@waygukcanada do they provide the one with laps record as mentioned CIC website?

@ayarafada I've asked my friend there and he visited the station; however, they have not accept the application form available on this blog(https://taffytoffy.wordpress.com/2016/11/17/korea-police-certificate-a-step-by-step-guide-韩国无犯罪证明/). Instead, they have asked to send another application form with finger prints and send it directly to KNPA by courier. Afterwards, the certificate will be send back by courier, I'm not sure if that way I'll be getting a certificate with lapsed record, which CIC required. Nonetheless, I'm opting for this process, and can have better insight once I'm complete it.

That's what I read too!! There are many police stations who would decline. I've already received mine from that website OMG thank the heavens ! I've already submitted mine to IRCC. You should try them they charge $350 USD and I think it's reasonable. It took just 7 days altogether to get mine.
