I need help for additional family information foram which is imm5406

I have goation about foram of additional family information which is imm5406 it say onder the spouse mother and father and by the way we don't kids so what I should right n/a or my spouse father and mother name please let me know and help me

the principal applicant (the person seeking PR approval) needs to fill out the form and include ALL family members as listed on the form. so, if you are the applicant, you need to include your spouse (even though they are your sponsor) and your parents/siblings on the form. this is what IRCC uses to identify possible future sponsorships. The sponsor does not fill out this form. if you do not have children, then you need to write N/A under that section.
