honestly i dont think it matters.
i dont even remember if we put my information or my husbands on our receipt :-\

It doesn't really, I found that out after we sent it haha. But I put my information on it, I'm the sponsor

I actually called and was told that the sponsor's information should go on the receipt....

i just asked my husband and he said we put my info.. im the sponsor. on the receipt.

I put my info (the applicant) as I was the one who paid it from my card!

The answer is you are to enter the SPONSOR'S information.
