I want to bring my girlfriend to Canada period I will pay for her plane ticket and give her some traveling money and once she's here in Canada I will support her and look after her does she need proof of her own money? Prior to entering Canada? Can I issue her a letter to show the Canadian customs that I will support her and look after her once she has arrived in Canada? She's coming over here on a six-month Visa visitor Visa and she and I are going to work together once she's in Canada to get her PR if anyone can assist me in this problem. LOL I would appreciate it thank you in advance

Does she already have an approved TRV?

She has an approved visitor's visa. My main concern is that when she arrives here in Canada Canadian Border Services or immigration he's going to ask her if she has any money?

Yes - I'm asking if she has an approved visitor visa already.

If she already has a TRV - that's one step completed. She will need a return flight ticket. When she enters Canada, she will need to demonstrate that she is a genuine visitor and has enough funds to pay for her trip to Canada. Yes - it's ideal that she be able to show her own funds - at least some. She should make sure she doesn't pack like she's moving - otherwise she may run into issues at the border.

Once she's in Canada, you will be able to sponsor her for PR once you are either married or common law. Common law means that you have lived together continuously for a minimum of one full year.

That's wonderful news thank you so much. And since her visitor's visa is good for only six months living common-law for one years not going to work so I guess I'll have to marry her prior to the six months. LOL thank you for that added stress. :-)
