No, because I never did any violation.
I just simply wanted to change the stream that I apply for.
But they also never asked me to provide a reason why I am withdrawing application.
As I said, I would go through lawyers route, or send an email to your province and ircc apologizing for not notifying them earlier but that you actually moved province and wish to withdraw nomination/application.

If I may ask, when did you do this. Was it this year? last year? and which website did you use to send the request to withdraw. I can't find any contact to send my request to

Yeah, early last year.
I emailed bc pnp to withdraw nomination and I reached through webform to IRCC.
As IRCC is very slow, you can’t just say I withdraw the application. I forgot whats the procedure- google if there is a form that you have to fill out and send, if not, make an additional document where you state that you wish to withdraw your application from xy stream, with signature, date, application info etc

For some reason I simply can't fathom, it did not occur to me to do that - maybe because in my mind I was still a resident of the province. Which is why i retained my healthcare card and drivers license and did not exchange them for those of the province i have been working

bruh, how can you 'just forget' that lol, You just didn't think you'd get caught. Anways, they will withdraw your PNP nomination and ban you from ever applying there again. Not sure if they share that data with other provinces or Federal EE
