Guys, you can only ask so much from any visa office but chc has already given him a huge favour by asking him to send his IELTS separately coz you are suppose to send all your docs together. Even if he tries to send written explanation that still means that immig officer has right to either award points for that or not to award any points without asking any further docs. I believe that if you dont score minimum of 67 than your application will be refused without any leniency. Any letters of consideration won't do the trick. Only option is if you can reappear in IELTS to improve score and it to CHC. They might consider that, who knows........

I'm sorry to hear you are so sad but I would try what others have suggested write a covering letter, explaining that you had taken the Ilets and the score was not as you had expected and that you are booked onto another exam and give them the date, and that you will forward these results to them with the first test results also so that they can see you have made a marked improvement on your first test.

@Zak...if you dont have time then only 2 option ...1 .Get letter from your company or your university that you are good in English.

2. just send you IELTS with requesting letter that you need to improve your score and you need another exam test ,so ask then for extra time.

for a band of 4.5 or less maximum score that can be acheived in R,W,L is 2 points so his total is 4 points and not 5 points, check the table carefully on cic website

do you have a test report like ielts for french. you need to send that to prove you are good in french. without report they wont beleive you
