THE CJUGE COULD REFUSE MY FILE AFTER HE IS HEARING FROM ME?
WHAT IS THE JUGE APPEAL?WHAT IS THE OFFICIER DECISION?THE TEST WILL BE BEFORE OR AFTER JUGE INTERVIEW?DID U HEAR THAT THERE ARE SOME CASES THAT TOOK A REFUSAL FROM CJ?IS THAT MY CASE IS POSSIBLE OR IMPOSSIBLE OR DIFFICULT TO GET CITIZENSHIP?WHAT IS GTA ROUTINE?
2. The Judge can decide to not approve your application. You can appeal this refusal to the Federal Court but you need to calm down and let the process take its course.
3. The test is before the CJ hearing
4. You seem to have provided good evidence of physical presence. Your employment in Canada may save you in this situation. Most likely had you not lost your passport no RQ would have been issued.
5. GTA = Greater Toronto Area. Routine - I explained this in one of my very first responses...it means your file is straightforward. GTA routine files are being finalized in as little as 6 months. I suggest you go the CIC page and read up on the Citizenship process it will help you understand the process better.
6. There is really nothing more you can do now. Being in a bad mood doesn't make a difference and CIC are not affected...they will get to you when its your turn. Because you got an RQ your file has to sit in the RQ pile for an officer to review it in detail. Calgary has a shortage of staff compared to the case load they handle so you will be waiting longer than someone who doesn't get an RQ to go through the process.
