i have to flagpole as soon as possible. plz help

Actually my situation is as follows: i am a student in Canada and now i can not book my defence for my master thesis because my study permit expires in 2 months. I got ppr and my only hope is to flag pole as soon as i get my pp so i change my status into canadian pr to be able to book my thesis defence..

1) i donot have US visa ( i never had it) and for my country i should get visa to enter USA.

2)I have an expired study visa in Canada (the stamped visa on the passport is expired)

3) i have valid study permit in Canada (single paper from cic)

I am wondering if it is good idea to flag pole for pr.. or there will be problem at US border or canadian border because i donot have US visa and i also have expired study visa???

I just received my ppr and i sent my passport..

congrats for ppr.....

one thing is you do not need US visa for flag pole as they will give you administrative refusal at US side when you will say i am here for flagpole for my PR and they will redirect you to canadian side with a yellow paper and there will be no record of refusal in your passport.

Also if your study permit is still vcalid then take that letter thats fine it is ok if you do not have multiple entry stamp valid in your passport. even you can go if you are on implied status and have valid online application confirmation letter.

So do not worry an d good luck and let us know your experience when you are done with this so it will be helpful to all of us.....

I don't have US visa, just landed yesterday.
