i have got 435 CRS... what are my chances of getting a PR to Canada under Express Entry?

yes, i don't think i can do anything to improve my score. I have already scored l:8.5, r:8.5, w:7, s:7 in IELTS but the WES screwed me, they didn't consider my Post Graduate Diploma from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning as they said that it is not recognized however, it is recognized by UGC as checked by me today. Is there anyway I can talk to WES about this?
Oh thats unfortunate! I'm not sure re: speaking to them. Your profile can stay in the pool for a year I believe. If there's nothing else you can do to get more points I would submit. With each birthday you're going to lose 5 points so better now and hopefully the draw drops. All the best!
you can increase 6 points with ielts score alone. that will make all the difference.
you may have the chance...some provinces have programs for nomination and scans the pools of candidates....

you refer to the ircc website and look for the provinial nominee program. Each province have their own programs for express entry. You might want to refer to that...
at what stream? HCP? if Human capital, they will send notification of interest to the candidates in the pool and if you received that , that is the time you an apply for OINP.
