I would like to know if I can sponsor my brother to Canada, I am single not kids and I don't have any family members in Canada. Would I ll be able to sponsor any of my brother's ?

My mother still a live and has 76 years she doesn't want to come to Canada, my youngest brother is 45 years old and I want to be able to sponsor any one of them! what's the possibilities to sponsor my brothers?

If your parents are dead.

If Yes, then you can sponsor your brother.

I am assuming you are single, not married, not common law, have no children of your own.

You cannot sponsor any of your brothers because your mother is still alive.

Since you have revised your post after I posted my response, then the answer is no.

As long as your mother is alive, you cannot sponsor any of your brothers. Parents take priorities over siblings.

I dont really understand why they wont let people established sponsor a sibling unless the parents have passed away...

I guess the Mom can apply for PR, with the person sponsoring them (and not really go) and then the Mom can sponsor the brother???

Nice try but no.

Try looking at the provincial nominee programs. In addition, there are other ways to qualify to immigrate to Canada. One of your brothers might qualify under one of these other programs.

And I don't understand the 'lonely Canadian' rule. You immigrate to Canada knowing full well you are leaving all of your family behind. You make your own choices.

In this case, the brother is too old to be put on a parents application for PR.
