I have already gathered all my documents for a visitor visa but i cant seem to pay the fee, the credit card is okay but it says Transaction Declined without further explanation.
I am using a visa international if that helps,has anyone else encountered that problem?

Hello, please how were you able to solve this issue? I'm faced with the same problem and confused on what next to do. Can someone help with advise on how to do please? I have 5 days to go

hi Angel, i was finally able solve it using a Master Card instead of a Visa credit card. I know it sounds stupid but that was what worked for me.
The immigration site functions terribly with paying options.

I'm seriously confused on what to do. I am currently in dubai and my naira card is expired, I only use online transfers with token. A friend here tried helping me, transaction was declined, she called the bank and the said everything was okay from their end. Now another friend is trying to help me in canada, still the same issue. He called the bank twice and they confirmed all was good to go from their end. I'm in dilemma right now and confused on what next to do
