I am a caregiver and my work permit will be expiring at the end of year. I wish to extend my work permit in May since the processing time is too long. I understand I have to have a new LMIA support letter. Does this mean my emaployer should go through the process again, like post job advertisements and etc...
I have a LMIA based work permit holder, does my employer need to post job advertisements again to help me apply a new lmia?
