Hmmm.. I was just looking at comments and the application dates.. OP + @Kashif01 posted in another thread + another user in my PM has one thing common, all applied in March. Can anyone else post / compile more refusals from Abu Dhabi and the application dates here? Let's see if it generates a pattern. So far, it is all those who applied way way back got refusal (still not justified though).

ADD: The one who contacted me in PM did no get any AIP, direct refusal.

Thank you. yeah seems like they are refusing older applications. I am now worried for others who have applied in Feb/Mar and have received AIPs. So far, 2 direct refusals + 2 after AIPs.

3 refusals i know who did not mentioned but are refused on 31 august with out aip i have applied my nephew sds app again yesterday

So basically SDS or not, the refusal rate for Pakistan is still high..

Applied on 5th June — Pakistan. Following this thread. I Will update as soon as I get a response. So, for now, it looks like they are clearing or better say, rejecting the earlier applicants from Pakistan.

Depends on the number of applicants. This site has a large number of users from India and Pakistan that is why hear most of the updates from these two countries. There are other nationalities as well, but they are mostly contained with in a thread, i.e., Nigeria, Philippines etc. I am sure there are thousands of silent spectators that usually just come and look at comments and go away. A lot of people drop off when they either get refusal and/or approval for number of months. That's why.

yesterday I have seen AIPs for July applicants as well.

Initially, students were saying they received AIP from Edmonton. However, Pakistani students who received AIPs yesterday said no office was mentioned.
I’m feeling this September AIP wave is coming from Abu Dhabi. Is there any way we can confirm office of these September AIPs?
