Applicant is applying under C41 to join his spouse who is working in canada and holds WP until 2019 nov. inviter is employed as biotechnology technician (2221) with ABC company paid as stated in employment letter dated july 9, 2019. As per the marriage certificate dated 8 march 2019, marriage was solemnised on 13 feb 2019. wedding and post wedding photographs showing cermonies and outing pictures submitted. insufficient evidence of inviter's employement under NOC 0,A,B provided. pay slips to demonstrate inviter's employment provided.Application refused as per R205 (c)(ii).
