I have got my wife GCMS notes, I applied her spouse open work permit but got refusal after 2 week. I need expert suggestion what they mentioned in gcms notes before I am going to apply her visa again.

Her refusal reasons was, family ties in Canada and in country of residence, purpose of visit and current employment situation.

I got GCMS NOTES mentioned detailed below,
Notes 1: Applicant recently married with wp holder. Not satisfied that applicant's ties to Pakistan are strong enough to compel return.

Notes 2: INFO: SPOUSE open work permit PA: UCI xxxxxxxx, no record SPOUSE: xxxxxx , SP issued 2013,16 (x2) & wp issued 2016, 17 valid 30 Jan 21, TRV issued 2018: n/a Family IN CAN: spouse Travel: Iraq , Iran.

May be try to explain that she is your wife and want to live together. That is the main reason you applying right?

Honestly, why would they say ties in back home country. You are husband and wife and want to live together.
