Hi guys, this might seem a weird question, but when you guys received COPR, was the envelope sealed?
I got mine yesterday. But it was unsealed. COPR contains lots of important personal information. I dont know why it wasnt sealed. I got 2 copied of CoPR and an instruction letter, is that all?

Hi ShannonP, its not the answer for your question but could you tell me when you replied your email regarding telephone landing?
I got the invitation on Dec 6th and my phone interview will be on Dec 14th too. I got the letter yesterday. it looks like a regular mail, but weird thing is the envelope wasnt sealed.
I called IRCC yesterday. the guy said COPR is supposed to be delivered one or two days before your phone call.
I got the invitation on Dec 6th, and replied to that email on Dec 7th. Since I didn't get a confirmation email back from them, I called IRCC yesterday and the guy told me that usually they don't reply to you if you confirm your availability, and the COPR should be delivered to you one or two days before your scheduled phone call.

May I ask you where it is sent from and where you live?
regarding the envelope not being sealed, what I recall is my work permit which has all personal information was just delivered in a brown envelope(the government one). was it just in a brown government envelop, too?
wow! we got the two forum members who live in Toronto and got the CoPR from Montreal.
I got mine yesterday too, it was sealed but very easy to open (maybe yours opened in post because they didn't stick it firmly enough?). It had two copies of COPR, an instruction letter and that's it so you should have everything!
I got the email at 1st Dec as well, supposed to have and telephone interview between 9:30~12:00 today, but I got a call just now (at 7:30, 2 hours earlier and I was still sleeping....come on this is not as you said in the email, I already consider the time difference between Montreal and Vancouver), and I haven't received coPR yet...
The lady told me to mail back the document once I have it, and someone will contact me for reschedule, but this time it won't be an express landing, but a normal procedure, which means I need to go to the border, do process like everyone else.
I still don't get why they make this so confusing...it just costs me another two weeks of waiting, let alone christmas holidays are coming, gosh I wish to get it done before holidays so much...
