Do you have a job offer? I answered yes
Job details...
Is your job offer supported by LMIA? I answered No

That's my answers. Is that correct?

Well technically you don't have a job offer, you have a job. So as the quote from the CIC suggests, you should have said "no"... Or at least that was my understanding.

What was your answer @jasonsmart?

My understanding is job = job offer. It's just wordings difference on whether one is already doing the job.

At least I answered no to LMIA and no 600 was awarded so everything else lines up

He met CEC and FSW. Congrats Jason, I hope the rest of us PGWP without LMIA get the same treatment.

If you can answer just one question. In the Funds available question, how much did you put in? I put in $5000.

I put my salary which is $70000/year.

For EE purposes, a valid job offer is an offer that is backed up by a positive LMIA. As far as I know, there are no exceptions to this. In many cases, PGWP holders were hired without an LMIA as their work permit is "open" and "LMIA-exempt", and therefore are quite disadvantaged as they cannot claim the optional 600 points.

I am not sure what changed in OP's case but if screenshot is genuine, then it is all very mysterious and sketchy. Unless he lied on his profile by saying he does have an LMIA or Provincial Nomination, he shouldn't be getting the extra 600.

I filled in the same thing as jason but didn't get 600 points. It may depend on your NOC code then. If they think your job is needed for Canada, they give you more points :)) Just guessing...

I think that affects FSW eligibility. FSW requires proof of fund, and eligibility is determined after all these questions were submitted. I put my current balance in bank account.

Congrats jasonmart! I still don't know what happened but we will see.

This guy will be banned for 5 years as there is no way to get additional 600 points juice for PGWP ppl . The reason why hes getting 600 points is there is a column there that says " do u hv a job offer in Canada ?" May be this guy without LMIA thinks about his current job . If you select yes over der u get 600 points thats wht i did and was rewarded with 600 points but after that wen i read the defination of job offer i changed it to No . So man just a suggestion change it to NO else wen u will get ITA they will ask u for ur Job offer and if u couldnt be able to provide one they will ban u for 5 years . :o

It has to be a glitch in their system, be ready to loose 600 points in couple of date :)
