1. If you are under 18 or over 55 you don't take the test. Everyone, except children takes the oath.

Perhaps your father and/or mother are Canadian citizens at the time you were born?

yea my father

So in that case, you gained your citizenship based on heritage because of your father. People who are born in Canada or gain citizenship because their parents were citizens when they were born do not have to take the test/oath.

You will however have to take into account in the future that when you have children, you can not pass citizenship onto them if you gained citizenship by heritage yourself because it is limited to one generation. If your spouse is not Canadian and your child is born outside Canada, you would have to sponsor it for permanent residency instead.

like seriously >:( damn so rite now if i get a child now he/she wont be canadian unless they r born within canada

They won't be Canadian unless they are born in Canada or the mother is a naturalized or born Canadian.
