Yeah..it is written preferably...but since they will now, not accept NOC-D jobs and accept ONLY SELECTED NOC-C jobs... so it's obvious... they write "preferably" or not... it's logical and in best interest to get a skilled job... and take no risks by applying via a NOC-C job... coz what if they don't accept that particular NOC-C job???
