When you get a job offer from Canada, your employer will apply for Arranged Employment Opinion from the HRSDC on your behalf. It is based on approval that you apply for FSW2, also known as arranged employment.

Unfortunately it is not that simple.
As per my understanding someone in Canada will need to have a real need of the Person and his Skill. If the company etc want to hire someone from overseas, they will apply to HRSDC department. It is like that they have to prove or something that the particular person's job cannot be filled by someone in Canada.

Someone will off course clarify it more.

Regards

yes mate as mentioned by Nicolas....If u apply from overseas then the employer needs to first prove to HSRDC that they need to employ someone from overseas. This is called LMO (Labor market opinion). With that the employer applies for AEO (Arranged Employment Offer) with HSRDC. Once approved a letter is issued to the employer. the employer in turn sends u that copy for your application ( to gain the 10 points).
Whole process takes 6-8 months ( been through it)
Getting a employer with LMO is difficult being overseas....

AEO just gives you 10 points more, but the processing time is the same as all other applicants, I wonder Y

So it means that I can apply, and if by any God sent chance that an employer approves of me or wants to hire me...the employer then must prove to HSRDC..as you said and so on and so forth? :'D

Even if the person already have a PR Visa..............
Why on earth would you need AEO when you have a PR Visa already???

AEO is one of the ways to get PR..it adds 10 points to your application and does not need proof of funds...
