I have read multiple posts about EE immigration, but I just wanted to ask questions on my own and get answers!

So, I have been living in Canada for about 9 years (Im 20 right now and I will turn 21 when I apply for EE!). I was holding a study permit for 7-8 years and last year I graduated 2yrs program (diploma) with Early Childhood Education. I obtained my PGWP as soon as I finished school, and luckliy I found a full time job(I am noc b, i believe) about 9 months ago ( I am still working).

This is just some background of myself and here are my questions!

1. LMIA thing.. do I need one? I know there is extra 50 points if you have one, but PGWP is an open work permit which doesnt require an employer/employee to get one. (And my code is C43 or C45 (cant remember the exact #) for exemption).

2. I heard there is a different lmia for permanent residency application, what is that?

3. I saw that I need a job offer letter but, I am already employed, so can I replace that with a proof of employment letter? Stating description of my job, my employment status, pay and etc.?

4. For proof of fund, I saw posts that if you are currently working (during the PR processing time) and have a valid job offer letter(this goes back to question #3), I don't necessarily have to provide this documentation...? Is that correct?

So these are the major questions I have so far.. It will be soooo helpful if anyone can answer my questions..!!!

And if anyone is in a similar situation with me, I want to talk to you!

Can only help in number 4, if you in Canada legally you don't need proof of funds

I think you want to apply on the CEC stream and you don't need the LMIA thing as you're employed already

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - No you don't need LMIA to apply under EE, and no you cannot claim a valid job offer with a PGWP (the 50 points).

2 - No idea what you're saying.

3 - If you're still talking about the requirements for a valid job offer then look here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

4 - Correct, you do not have to provide POF if you're a CEC applicant or if you have a valid job offer. As stated in #1 you cannot have a valid job offer with a PGWP, you would have to get LMIA.

Yes proof of employment is better than an offer of employment.

Get a letter from HR stating your responsibilities etc and your latest paysl
