i don't have 6 months old bank statement......

can one please help me out am applying for my study visa .but problem is that i don't have 6 months old statement
but i do have money my first years total expense(tuition fee,living etc) at studies is about 14000CAD
and i have about (26 lac,2.6 million PKR)(30232 CAD) rupee in my account which i opened about 10 day ago.
also my fathers account statement is not well maintained but he has submitted (10 lac,1 million PKR)(11627 CAD)in his account about 5 days ago .
we have agricultural land as well for this income which i will write in my cover letter and also my elder 2 brother and a sister will also support me
attached my 10 days old statement and my fathers statement will this help me in fulfilling my liquid assets requirement and requirement of bank statement

do not apply now , it will raise tons of eyebrows regarding your finances.

If u are indeed applying then CIC would surely ask about the proof of funds.

i have consult with many consultant in lhr ..no one told me to have 4 month old funds..i have seen visas of many ppl who had aplied with only one week old bank statements..and its nt necessary to show ur father statement..

Hi zippy. If you believe your consultants and friends than in ahead and apply but dont come running back to this forum when it all goes pear shape. The requirement is 4 months so dont say we never told you so. When your app is denied i want to be the first to say i told you so.

can u please guide me what kind of proof of funds should i attach
like i can show(money came from) the income of my cultivated land
or like a property which i sold for my education some like this will serve the purpose or not.
problem is if i wait for 4 months the time period for my visa process will be less and my class will start

First off all you do not need to worry. Applying for visa is an education and an adventure in itself so enjoy. First of all tell me do you have a letter of acceptance from a collage or uni in canada?

All I can advise is that do not be in a haste while applying. Prepare your documentation carefully.

These visa officers are very professional and well trained. They review your documentation carefully and they have handled tons and tons of applcations in their profession so they know what to look for in each application.

If you are aware of any loopholes in your application, they will point them , too.

Make no mistake about it.

Students are required to demonstrate financial sufficiency for only the first year of studies, regardless of the duration of the course or program of studies in which they are enrolled.

Plus 10,000 C$ living expenses plus flight back home plus adjustment expenses say 1,000 C$. To be on the safe side if you can manage this plus and additional 25% plus statement of support financial support for future years you will be looking good to satisfy the financial sufficiency requirement.

Hey zippy, I also wanna apply there but for the industrial engg masters. I wanna know what % or grade in BEng they require for pak applicants.
