I can't withdraw my express entry app. Can anyone help?

I selected withdraw profile and then clicked yes. The withdraw profile option is no longer showing up but the express entry profile is still there. I'm also not able to apply for a new express entry profile. Can anyone tell me what to do? Does this have something to do with the job bank? Do I have to withdraw from that separately?

If the withdraw button is no longer visible, it means profile is withdrawn.
It will stay there .

Do not worry and make a new one with the same myCIC account

Problem is you don't have the option to create a new profile while your application (without the withdraw button) is still there...

There is no option showing to apply for express entry in my cic log in ...without that option i am not able to do it

I am having the same issue at the moment. I am already in Canada on my first IEC and trying to apply for my second one but I can't do this until my old profile is withdrawn which is won't let me do. I have emailed them with no response of course. Did they end up clearing your profile for you so you could start again?

Hi guys. Did anyone figure this out?
I just had my PR application rejected and I want to apply again but my Express Entry profile was cancelled along with the PR and it's also already expired. I need to create another EE application but I just see my old one, no option to withdraw it or create another one. Please help!
