I am stuck at Eligibility Review Required.. Need Help

There are chances we get carried away from the notes, for example, I got Review Required for job duties and on my second notes, I don't see any such reference. The eDocument prior to summary page shows "client inquiry" but after careful observation the info was buried some where in the middle. I'm not questioning anyone's ability but we may not have provided proper info.

yes, i had a reason on my first set of notes only...like they could not verify the employer address online fully/only partly..ugh...then i sent an loe..had review for loe as well according to notes..but 2nd and 3rd notes dont show the reason for review and a.11.2 appears met r75 appears met stays the same for all the notes...but it was back in july october and december last year...ordered new ones 5 days ago..last raised cse 10 days ago advised me of background check currently being processed..so i assume it is in progress..or done? while it wasnt a month ago (criminality passed in july though)..hope it is security or last steps..but dont know what to think actually..

do they lock in at the age on eligibility review?

Your age is locked post ITA....So do not worry about points...the only worry is long wait times if you go to Review required....

yep...but honestly i'm starting to loose hope and patience..especially seeing guys getting their ppr's today from sydney office with 365+ days in

RR is looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong wait....Once anyone goes to RR we should just forget about our files and focus on other stuff(hard I know) ....

it is hard to focus on other stuff as it feels like life is completely on hold with every day passing with no news..even have applied for 2nd bowp 3 months in advance and still waiting..current is expiring in a month...getting so frustrated

I got RR too, the same info reflecting on first and second notes despite I uploaded the Job Duties, Pay stubs. I again uploaded new set of job duties thinking they may haven't received the first one. But then when I go back to second notes and read carefully I see on 50th page they received my first upload. But i like any of you in helpless state on why they aren't picking up the new uploads. At least if they make new comments we know what to do. When I spoke with Choen's team they are ready to process new EE profile but I had to start everything from beginning and my medicals expired, PCC expired. More than anything I'm concerned if they didn't approve the first application how can my second application be any different.

i think we will get it, the wait is just painful and lack of communication doesnt add up positivity too, but that's all we can do..raise cse's...ask for notes...

Well if you know the exact reason for RR and you think you can rectify it and most importantly if you are still good with points...I would suggest withdraw and re-apply..but otherwise waiting is the only option if your application is like me - lost 10 points for age so no longer eligible....

The web form uploads are the measures for their review. Even if I file new one it takes min 4-6 months depends on how soon I can finish the application and go to pool and wait for ITA. It’s already 7th month. Considering i’m going to spend another 4-6 months. So i’m not quite sure if it’s makes sense to apply new one & spend fees again. I really don’t have money to afford for second application honestly.

I uploaded via web form on March 7th, 2019 and i got acknowledgement today (Mar 12, 2019) that the documents are forwarded to responsible officer for their consideration. It took solid 5 days for them to even ack. I'm not surprised that processing the RR applications taking almost an year before anyone can hear.

that's so weird that they don't give you any clarity or details. I feel you. Fingers crossed that everything will be fine

Nothing in our hands. I applied GCMS notes when I was in my third month because I noticed something is fishy with the way it progressing (means nothing on the account) and then I learned they processed with-in two months and pushed application into deadlock state

How were you able to get hold of them? I tried couple times but i never waited patiently because after getting to agent one time they told me i'm under 6 months period and they don't have anything to share.

I usually call between 11am-1pm PST time..and today were waiting only for 25 minutes..usually it took me between 30+-1h...ask specifically about your eligibility, security, etc...but they are not much help, imo
