Please don't PM me again.

If you submitted an INLAND application (you said you are sponsoring your husband inland), your entire application should have remained in Canada. I have no idea why it would have been sent to a visa office abroad.

Sorry, but that's all I can say about your situation. Please wait for others to attempt to figure out whatever it is you're asking...because I can't figure it out.

This thread is filled with mystery and misery lmao. Ok I think I figured out why part of the app would have been sent to visa abroad. Although inland is processed in canada for the spouse, the part of the sponsorship of the dependant child has to be processed Outland.

It sounds though like the application was withdrawn. Why?

I think you should go back to your immigration consultant and ask lots of questions. Just because your spouse is in Canada, does not mean that you had to apply inland. Outland applicants can be in Canada while the application is processing, which would be easy for someone who does not need a visa to enter. In any case, you had to add the son to the application.

I am sorry, for not answering I have been busy, I talk to her on the phone she is its all good that cic forward my application to micc. tomorrow we had to sign some papers for micc and his police record which is clean I guess they did the back ground check and is happy with it so what does micc do with my apllication

everything is still process, I check on cic site and me and the hubby has to sign micc application forms plus send his police record which is clean.

I have not been,on here in a while so every week I check it's still in process. In June 5,2016 the cic forward my application to MICC and they send application forms tof our lawyer office and we got the police record which is clean from Portugal. Tommrrow we go to the lawyer to sign MICC form both us and send his police record. I have small question what does it mean when CIC forward my application to MICC and they send me forms.

we came back from our lawyer office and she said it's all good
