I am sponsoring my husband in land and we been living together since nov 1,2014 and been married since june 30,2015 my husband is orginally from azores portugal and i was curious what does this mean when they say this is it a good sign or bad sign and now we are waiting for his police records send in the mail we have a immigration lawyer or what you called it a consultant and she got all the forms so basically cic approve me and now sending my application to micc

Or just sick of me because, i have been sending everything from tax returns together and our account we made his account my main account. lots of papers pics and everything and our lawyer it is good because we are in it for the long run and we do love each other and from time to time i write upto date update about our marriage. And we got pics of our puppy and friends and family so much things that i think they got tired of all our paper and etc.

If you submitted an INLAND application (you said you are sponsoring your husband inland), your entire application should have remained in Canada. I have no idea why it would have been sent to a visa office abroad.

@Ponga, plus we have shown them that my husband send child support to his ex wife he has a 14 years old son. Plus we do send stuff for him to Portugal and I guess they assume that we want to sponsor him later on. So i guess the lawyer or cic put his son has a dependent

Ok Ponga I am born in canada and raise canada, so like i say i am new to the game but what our lawyer is tellling us it is a good thing. And later when his son is 18 we want to sponsor him here that is why they have aboard because his 14 years old son is still in portugal.

I'm also having a difficult time understanding what your question is... It looks like your application has been withdrawn? If you are sponsoring your spouse INLAND, then your application should remain in Canada the entire time. Are you sponsoring your spouse INLAND or OUTLAND?

I'm going to suggest you call your consultant again to clarify your confusion. Is your application withdrawn? Did you file inland or outland? Answers to these questions will help other people here address your original question.

Sawdee my husband is in Canada ,so in land sposnoring him but our lawyer put his son name cause we showed my husband sends child support for his 14 years old son and we want to sponsoring him from Portugal .when he is 18 bring him here so we have inland for him.and out land for the son
