1/ You have to work out your "numbers" to see if you qualify. To qualify for EE you need 67 here (guess your IELTs score if you don't have it) http://tinyurl.com/y9tlzt3q
2. If you meet the 67 then see how many points you have for an EE profile http://tinyurl.com/y6v973hu For the latest draw you would need 446 points

Salam Mutahir,

Please go to the following to assess the need total funds required. https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/become-candidate/eligibility/proof-funds.html it is around CAD 15,312 currently and you need to have this money in your account prior to applying preferably for the past 6 months. Investments count as long as they can be readily converted into cash. Real Estate and jewelry etc do not count.

Just to give you an understanding, the key areas to succeed in EE is not NOC but rather IELTS, Education & Age. NOC becomes more relevant when you are aiming for Provincial Nominations for specific Provinces.

Good luck!

Thank you very much, Actually i done 2 masters Degrees one in Computer Science and another in International Relations, i was little bit confused about the NOC . So i must not worry about the NOC and i have to concentrate on IELTS more specifically.

Yes you should however with reference to NOC you must have the minimum educational requirements for it. Assuming that your NOC is a Police Officer which requires the following Educational requirements:

Employment requirements
  • Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Completion of a college program or university degree in law and security or in the social sciences is usually required.
  • A three- to six-month police training program is provided.
  • Physical agility, strength, fitness and vision requirements must be met, and psychological or other tests may also be required.
  • Experience as a constable and the completion of specialized courses are required for detectives and sergeant.
