I am confused ... plz help

Hi All,

I have applied for Canadian PR in Nov 2008. I got the immigration file number in March 2009. I am getting married in july 2009.

My qs is: While filing for the PR i was not married hence did not include my to be wife in the application. But if I intended to take her along with me to Canada, do I have to add her name to my application or can i wait till my case gets approved ( god willing) and get my passort stamped and then get her in Canada?

What are my options, please advise?

You have to advise CIC before they start processing your application.

What exactly do I have to advise the CIC about? When I check the status of my application online it says processing date not available.

Write them saying that you will get married in July and that you want to add your wife to the application.

i agree with AlbertMex. You should tell them that you are going to get married and then after marriage, send them the relevant documents. Maybe you can ask them what you should send to them in July.
