Husbands Sponsorship-Please Guide

I have applied for my husbands sponsorship last year in May 2014. After 8 months i got a reply from London Visa Office they require following

Quebec Selection certificate CSQ
Proof of cohabitation and passport entry exits
Police certificate

I have two questions please answer accordingly

1. Since im residing in Pakistan can i apply for CSQ online or do i have to send the docs by mail?
2. Can i send the required docs to LVO on email or do i have to send them by mail?

The email should have told you at the bottom if you can send mail or email, if they accept the information by mail only then they will not have included an email address for you to send by.
If they are certified or formal documents, (Seal on them) or something liek that then you should probably send by mail.
I'm not from Quebec so I don't know about the other thing.

I am unsure if you can apply for a CSQ for your husband from out of the country.

The other information that they are asking for is interesting. Are you a Canadian Citizen or a PR yourself?

Im still unclear...... the formal email by London visa office does not state anything

For London they ask for the original police certificate so i would say you will be sending them via the mail system ...

You can apply online but you have to print off the form and send it in. The information is all on line i just looked for you.

Your husband fills out the CSQ application, gives it to you to append to your sponsorship undertaking paperwork which you will send by mail.

I don't think you can pay online. We couldn't when I sent mine you had to either pay be check or credit card with the form listed in your kit (Kit A I believe, see above link).
