No - there is no minimum time. However you do have to be in Canada to apply.
I don't where you checked 300 months but even today as of now, CIC shows 30 months to finalize application. My mom's application was finalized and got PR in 18 months.Thanks for your reply,, just needs an extra idea here please.. as ive check the processing time it will take 300 months processing for the permanent residency. will it really take that long?? or will they allow you to apply for work permit or anything first? I have a year going through this application, so far security and criminal checks have been processed, 3 months into arc application and then medicals are left
