Good day friends,
I have a girlfriend(common law), we have dated for almost 5 years. But I do not want to include it in my study permit application, not for any reason, I just don't want to.
How would the issue of common law affect my application?
Would it play a any vital role in my application?

If you have lived together for at least one full year, you need to declare her as your common law partner in your study permit application. If you don't, it's possible this may complicate things with you in the future if you want to bring her to Canada.

would adding her strengthen the ties I have in my home country also??
