So if we pay by credit card, then we just give all card details on the form ?

We don't pay with the actual card in advance?

And also, if paying with a credit card, that means we don't have to worry about Canadian funds or convertible funds, because if it's Visa, it will automatically pay with Canadian funds (or funds in whatever country it is used in), right??

There is no advance payment on card. Make sure the details are filled out correctly and it is signed and dated. Since you are not sure when they will charge the card, make sure that the card validity is long and that you do not lose the card in this period and it is not cancelled. They will charge in CDN, which your bank will convert at their prevailing rate.
