Embassy asked me to justify some documents so please can someone help me how to write a justification letter like format and all? And in how much time they will respond to your additional document?

What is a justification letter and who's requesting it? If you are talking about a PFL, you probably shouldn't attempt to do it yourself.

Yes they are saying
“Specifically, I have concerns that you may be inadmissible for misrepresentation. The educationaldocuments from Gujral Punjab Technical University that you submitted in support of your application were verified and confirmed to be adverse”
But my university name was I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University formely known as Punjab Technical University.
In some of my DMC it’s written PTU and some IKGPTU
So what to do now? They have given me 10 days time to respond. And my educational certificates are legit

This is a procedural fairness letter and very serious. Does is say anything about a 5 year ban. I don’t believe WES recognizes the school so IRCC may have the same issue. You need a Canadian immigration lawyer.

It’s a Public University and many of my friends got their visa who studied in this University. I guess there is name confusion. As it’s Punjab’s main University
What do you think.?
As they have written Gujral PTU but my university name is IK Gujral

Does letter mention 5 year ban? When did you get your degree? Get a lawyer.

Yes They have written 5 year ban in second point and i got my degree in 2020 but it’s extended degree due to backlogs. Now all backlogs are cleared and got my degree in 2020

Get a lawyer ASAP. This is not something a volunteer forum can help you with. You are facing a 5 year ban.

As outlined before, you need and pay for a lawyer to get help. This is beyond free help.

Right but you will get a 5 year ban if you don’t have a lawyer to help you. IRCC doesn’t believe your documents are real.
